EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Book by March 31, 2010 and the Hotel will automatically upgrade your accommodations. (Deluxe rooms will be upgraded to Executive, Executive to Suites). Please note that The Hotel possesses a limited number of suites. Consequently, suites will be dispersed on a first come, first serve basis.
Commuter Rates:
Should your organization encounter a few day only guests, the following commuter rates will apply:
Breakfast; $15.00 Per Person, Per Meal
Lunch: $25.00 Per Person, Per Meal
Dinner: $35.00 Per Person, Per Meal
Access Fee: $15.00 Per Person, Per Day Includes:
- Access to the NYS Communication Association Conference
- Coffee breaks
- Use of Hotel Facilities
Early arrivals and additional night stays will be accepted at the contracted rates.
Tax:
All rates and charges are subjected to prevailing New York State and local tax.
Resort Fee:
An 18% resort fee has been INCLUDED in the rates quoted.
COTS, CRIBS & REFRIGERATORS:
Cots and cribs are available at $20.00 per cot or crib per day. Refrigerators are available at $10.00 per refrigerator per day
