Notes:

• The hotel does not guarantee room type.
• Early arrivals and additional night stays will be accepted at the contracted rates.
• A $100 deposit is required per room at the time rooms are reserved.
• Any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to the forfeiture of the room deposit.
• Reservations should be make on or before September 20, 2011.  After than time, space may not be available.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Book by March 31, 2011 and the Hotel will automatically upgrade your accommodations. (Deluxe rooms will be upgraded to Executive, Executive to Suites). Please note that The Hotel possesses a limited number of suites. Consequently, suites will be dispersed on a first come, first serve basis.

Tax:

All rates and charges are subjected to prevailing New York State and local tax.

Resort Fee:

An 18% resort fee has been INCLUDED in the rates quoted.

COTS, CRIBS & REFRIGERATORS:

Cots and cribs are available at $20.00 per cot or crib per day. Refrigerators are available at $10.00 per refrigerator per day.
