**2025 Conference Resort Rates**

$50 per person deposit required.
(Please note: Online reservations through the booking link require a 1-night stay deposit instead of a $50.00 per person deposit).

Early Registrations: Based on availability, the hotel is pleased to offer complimentary upgrades to suites in either the main hotel or non-connecting villas if reservations are booked by the third Friday in August.

Rates

The rates are per stay (3 days / 2 nights) per person and include five (5) meals, starting with dinner on arrival through breakfast on the day of departure; two (2) coffee breaks, and a cocktail party with assorted horsd’oeuvres and a cash bar.

Two-Night Stay Traditional Room

• Double Occupancy: $395.00 per person

• Single Occupancy: $560.25 per person

• Triple Occupancy: $362.00 per person

Two-Night Stay Suite

• Double Occupancy: $425.00 per person

• Single Occupancy: $603.70 per person

• Triple Occupancy: $402.50 per person

Two Night Stay Children Sharing Room With Adults

• Children 0-3 years: FREE

• Children 4-12 years: $180.00 per child

All Children’s Rates include unlimited bowling, bumper boats, rock-climbing wall, inflatables, Go-kart speedway, and zipline. Some activities are seasonal and weather permitting.

Two Night Stay Conference Rates: Main Building or Non-connecting Rooms:
All two-night stay conference rates are per person per stay (3 days/2 nights) and include five (5) meals, beginning with dinner on arrival day and ending with breakfast on the day of departure. These rates include two (2) coffee breaks and a cocktail party with assorted hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Main building room requests are on a first-come, first-served basis. All rates are subject to 8% NYS Sales tax and 2.5% Sullivan County Room tax, which will be added to the above pricing. A $18.00 per person per night gratuity fee in the package is not taxed.

New York State and Local Tax

All rates and charges are subject to prevailing New York State and local taxes unless otherwise noted.

Tax-exempt individuals must provide the hotel with proof of tax-exempt status before we can quote them rates without taxes included. Tax-exempt forms (ST-129s) should be available for the hotel at the time of reservation. Please fax forms to 845-887-4824, with attn: Group Sales, and include the reservation number and name in the cover letter, or reply to the reservation confirmation email with the proper attachment for it to be filed correctly in advance for that reservation.

Providing us with these forms in advance will avoid a great deal of inconvenience for you at check-in and many potential billing disputes after departure.

Reservation Procedure

1. By phone: Call 800-727-8455 (press 1 for reservations) and indicate that you are with the NYSCA block.

2. By Internet: You can reserve a room by visiting the Villa Roma website www.villaroma.com and choosing the Book Now button. After this, click on the box that says “Add Code”, click on “Discount Code,” and select a “Group Attendee” code, then enter “NYS Communications 2025.” This will direct you to choose their dates and they can reserve their room.

Shuttle Service

NYSCA can arrange for a Villa Roma shuttle from the Monticello Coach USA Terminal if travelers can coordinate their bus arrivals and departures to allow for group transport.
