The conference begins!
The conference begins today! A few final tips:
On-site registration/conference check in begin at 1pm Friday and the first panel starts at 2:15pm.
Presenters: Please bring a laptop or a tablet with HDMI adapter. We have cables and a limited amount of loaner machines, but it is really best if you have your own device.
We have open bar (with ID) reception Friday and Saturday nights before dinner, bring some small bills for tips.
If you play an instrument, bring it! We have an open jam/sing along on Saturday night.
The most recent PDF version of the conference schedule will always be posted at:
and you will receive a printed copy when you arrive.
You will have free wifi in your room and in meeting rooms and public spaces throughout the conference.
Villa Roma has valet and self parking options, with self being free. The lot is diagonally across the street from the main hotel entrance. They will let you leave your car their (with the keys) briefly as you check in if there is space.
Hotel check in is at 4pm but they often do have the room ready sooner so it does not hurt to ask at the front desk if you arrive early.
